Here's a description of classes you can enjoy at our yoga centre.



Our Beginners Course is great for the complete newbie to Yoga.
This 6 week course runs continuously so you can start anytime! No experience or flexibility necessary. Learn all the yoga basics and be confident to attend any of our classes. Taught by experienced teachers. Comfortable clothing is recommended. All equipment provided.



Therapeutic & Restorative

Designed to support and improve back, hip and shoulder issues for greater range of movement and mobility. Reduce your aches and pain, increase functional flexibility... and live happier and stronger!




Yoga Flow class that is designed to wake up your body, inject it with energy for the day and centre your mind. All levels are welcome if you come with an open mind.

Slow Flow

In this class postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice. Suitable for Pregnant women.


Restore and re balance every Sunday morning with a delicious mix of supported and therapeutic yoga postures. A wonderful deep tissue release to relax and restore. No experience necessary.


Chair Yoga

The Yoga Chair is an excellent prop, it allows for space and support.
If you have a lot of tightness this class will help you untangle and open to easier movement in a relaxed way. The Yoga Chair can also offer a challenge in a different way and an extra good stretch!
No previous yoga experience necessary.
