How Positive Affirmations can Change Your Mindset + Free Download of Affirmations

When life gets stressful, it’s easy for our thoughts to drown us into down a negative spiral.

Playing our negative thoughts on a constant loop, it feels like the bad gets worse.

Our thoughts beliefs and experiences shape both our perception and experience of ourselves, and the world around us.

Affirmations are short, encouraging statements that you can use to create a more positive frame of mind.

Affirmation statements interrupt the pattern of negative thoughts that reside in our minds.

The purpose of positive affirmations is to affirm to ourselves that things are good, even if we don’t necessarily feel that way at the time.

Positive affirmations have the power to transform lives. They play a significant role in many therapeutic models . The process may seem silly or strange if you’re new to it, affirmations have the power to drastically improve lives by freeing you from your own cycle of negativity and self-doubt.

Repeat positive affirmations daily,to see a huge difference in your state of mind.

Themes of Affirmations :

You can theme your affirmations by concentrating on certain areas of your life you are struggling with .

for instance if struggling with self esteem and confidence -use affirmations that will boost this, like : “I am worthy of love” “I am enough”

Sharing my experience :

Here’s a list of my favorite affirmations . I like to pick one affirmation and work with it for a week , reciting it 3 to 6 times in the morning , or while I am doing my Yoga practice.

In the moments of silence especially when the mind wonders off , it is helpful to refocus on an affirmation , repeating it several times.
