I love the space and clarity that regular yoga practice brings...
When there is space we feel better, think more clearly, are kinder to ourselves and those around us… and our world is a better place!
My teaching revolves around helping students to create and be in that space. And now, after 5000 classes taught, I still love to share that feeling with you!

The practice of yoga fills me with love, compassion and greater understanding of myself. The art of listening to my body and breath cultivates a deeper awareness,
I love to offer teachings from the heart to nourish, nurture and guide a safe practice, and allow beauty to illuminate each student from the inside out.

Lara has been practising yoga for over ten years.
She stumbled upon yoga in her early twenties looking for exercise that didn't involve going to a gym. What she discovered truly changed her life!
After the birth of her second child it was yoga that assisted Lara’s physical recovery from costochondritis. However she notes “Every time I practised, it became less about the physical aspect, and more about how it helps me in my life off the mat! As a worrier by nature, I find my yoga practice brings me out of forecasting thoughts and keeps me still, and in the present. Yoga makes me grateful for the small things in life, and has been a wonderful gift that I've loved sharing with my husband and children.”
Lara completed her teacher training with Power Living and is also a qualified Chair Yoga for Seniors Instructor, volunteering her time in aged care homes to share the love of yoga.
We are Blessed to have Lara guiding new students at our Beginners Course on Thursday nights.
