Kim White

I love the space and clarity that regular yoga practice brings...

When there is space we feel better, think more clearly, are kinder to ourselves and those around us… and our world is a better place!

My teaching revolves around helping  students to create and be in that space. And now, after 5000 classes taught, I still love to share that feeling with you!

Kim is a registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia and teaches Therapeutic and All Levels classes.

Lara Taylor

Lara has been practising yoga for over ten years.

She stumbled upon yoga in her early twenties looking for exercise that didn't involve going to a gym. What she discovered truly changed her life!

After the birth of her second child it was yoga that assisted Lara’s physical recovery from costochondritis. However she notes “Every time I practised, it became less about the physical aspect, and more about how it helps me in my life off the mat! I find my yoga practice brings me out of forecasting thoughts and keeps me still, and in the present. Yoga makes me grateful for the small things in life. It’s a wonderful gift that I've loved sharing with my husband and children.”

Lara completed her teacher training with Power Living and is also a qualified Chair Yoga for Seniors Instructor, volunteering her time in aged care homes to share the love of yoga.

We are Blessed to have Lara guiding new students at our Beginners Course on Thursday nights.

Jo Nothling

Jo first stepped on to a yoga mat in her early 20s and now some 20 years later she loves the practice more than ever.

Originally drawn to it for its physical benefits Jo noticed very quickly the deeper impact yoga had on her life. Living in London at the time and working in a stressful job, Jo was suffering from some serious big city burn out.

Within weeks of practicing Yoga brought a sense of clarity and calmness to her heart and mind and ultimately helped her to discover that the peaceful sanctuary she had spent years searching for had always existed within herself.

Jo is a warm, open and intuitive teacher. Deeply caring and nurturing but with that all-important sense of fun- she is passionate about helping people to restore a sense of balance and inner peace in their lives that can so easily be lost in today’s world.

Jo completed her internationally accredited teacher training with world-renowned teachers Dr Monica Gauci and Gregor Maehle of 8 limbs yoga. Jo is also a qualified Reiki Master and Youth Worker.

We are lucky to Have Jo teaching our Beginners Course on Monday nights.
