    Full Morning routine Week 1 + Breakfast (half hour after water) = Fruit, as much as you like, pref with skin. Not Banana

    Lunch and Dinner as usual

  • Day 2

    Full Morning routine Week 1 + Breakfast (half hour after water) = Berries - any kind - as much as you like

    Lunch and Dinner as usual

  • Day 3

    Full Morning routine Week 1 + 1 Tea Spoon of Coconut organic unrefined oil+ Breakfast (half hour after water) = Berries - any kind - as much as you like

    Lunch and Dinner as usual

  • Day 4

    Full Morning routine Week 1 + 1 Tea Spoon of Coconut organic unrefined oil+ Breakfast (half hour after water) = Berries - any kind - as much as you like

    Morning Tea - 2/3 hours after Breakfast : 1-2 dried fruit ( depending on size) + 1 Table Spoon of Whole Grain (Brown rice , quinoa , buckwheat , slow cooked oats, black rice, wild rice)

    Lunch and Dinner as usual

  • Day 5

    Full Morning routine Week 1 + 1 Tea Spoon of Coconut organic unrefined oil+ Breakfast (half hour after water) = Berries - any kind - as much as you like

    Lunch : Legumes , Fresh or Cooked Veges - Here you can have protein if needed
