Lunch and Dinner as usual
Day 2
Full Morning routine Week 1 + Breakfast (half hour after water) = Berries - any kind - as much as you like
Lunch and Dinner as usual

Full Morning routine Week 1 + 1 Tea Spoon of Coconut organic unrefined oil+ Breakfast (half hour after water) = Berries - any kind - as much as you like
